General Fund Contributions made to our general support the on-going work of TSW. Giving here allows us to respond quickly, direct resources where they are needed must, and plan sustainably for the future. |
Community Development Fund We are committed to being good neighbors. This fund was started when a fire destroyed our block two years ago. We are still helping the neighborhood recover and to claim that space for good. We'll also use this fund to rehab abandoned houses, provide for the direct needs of our neighbors, and help maintain community spaces and be used as needed in other areas. |

We try to keep things simple and create much from little. Still there are times when we need to pay things--gas for the van which delivers groceries to our neighbors, electricity for our community store, seeds for our garden, or for the time and talents and folks who work with us when they need it.
Donations to The Simple Way are tax-deductible. If you designate a gift to a specific area, we will make sure to use your contribution in that way until the need is met, after that, it will go toward the greatest need.
